Annual Campaign and Day of Giving
Every year our community comes together to support making the DJDS Difference in the lives of Paul Penna DJDS students and our entire community. Our school annual campaign aims to raise the more than $450,000 needed each year to close the gap between tuition and the cost to educate. Annual Leadership Circle gifts of $1,800+ are the backbone of our campaign and can quadruple every gift made on our annual Day of Giving, this year on March 11, 2027.
Endowment and Legacy Giving
A legacy gift is a powerful way to make a long term impact offering financial and taxable benefits. Examples of legacy gifts include: a bequest in a will, a gift of life insurance and gifts through RRSP, RRIF and TFSA. Legacy and endowment gifts will ensure the sustainable future of Jewish education for our unique downtown community.
Capital and Special Projects
Gifts of $25,000+, above and beyond sustaining annual campaign donations, help build and revitalize our growing school community’s needs. Current projects include Middle School campus campaign, Lower School space revitalization, curricular enhancement, professional development and wellness funds.
Volunteer Leadership
There are many ways for volunteers to support our school’s financial sustainability and play a significant role in the vibrancy and success of our school and our exceptional community.
