Jon is the Director of Experience Design for three connected marketing firms – Bensimon Byrne, One Method and Narrative PR whose clients include Nike, Scotiabank and the LCBO. His background spans numerous disciplines including business intelligence, change management, information design, systems integration and digital marketing – which has benefited Fortune 500 businesses including Microsoft, Bank of America, Ford and Amazon where his use of data, storytelling and deep understanding of marketing systems has led to better business outcomes including sales, audience growth and loyalty. He has in-depth experience in marketing and communications across Not-for-Profit, Finance, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Telecom and Energy and speaks publicly on a broad range of topics from Artificial Intelligence to Predictive Analytics. Outside of his role in Experience Design, Jon acts as a Mentor in the Canadian Film Center’s IdeaBoost Accelerator Lab – where he advises start-ups in audience acquisition, retention and growth. Jon is a proud parent of two children, Evan, who is in Grade 1, and Charlotte, who will be in SK in 2020.
