Scott McGrath is an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and executive coach with a primary focus on nonprofit management. Prior to launching his own business, Pigeon Hole Consulting, Scott was Vice President, Organizational Development for the American Technion Society (ATS) in New York City.

Scott is an active volunteer, having held Board positions, including Chairman, with a number of nonprofit organizations spanning the religious, health care, education and arts sectors. Scott is also an avid endurance athlete competing in ironman distance triathlons, long-distance cycling races and marathons.

Scott holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a concentration in Psychology and Sociology, from the University of Guelph.
