Sandra Leigh

Sandra Leigh has 28 years experience in human resources and organizational development. As President of her own business for 15 years, Sandra provides clients with consulting, facilitation, coaching and professional speaking services and has worked with clients from North and South America, Asia, Middle East and Europe. Sandra's training and accreditations are in Human Resources, Training and Development, Facilitation, Behavioural Assessment and Coaching. Sandra's expertise lies in working with human behaviour and the related human resource processes and tools to help organizations meet their strategic objectives. She is a collaborative individual whose differentiator is to work from her clients' perspective to deliver the services they require. Sandra's work with her clients has received worldwide recognition and many of her clients continue to seek her out years later to share their continued progress or to ask for her assistance in their new organizations.

Her own background of both Jewish and Christian influences, coupled with her worldwide travels and exposure to clients of different cultures has given Sandra a sincere appreciation and passion for varied perspectives of the individuals she engages with.

Sandra's daughter Jennifer is in her final phase of her PhD in Health Geography at McMaster University, her son Michael is completing his Philosophy Degree at the University of Ottawa and her youngest daughter Natalie, is in a middle school arts program and a competitive dancer.
