Marcia Beck

Marcia Beck is a school social worker with the Toronto District School Board and a feminist psychotherapist in private practice. Currently, Marcia is vice-president of the board at Nellie's, a shelter/community centre for women and their children facing homelessness, violence and oppression. Marcia is a lay-leader at the First Narayever Congregation and has contributed to its Adult Education and Celebrations committees. As a singer-songwriter and a facilitator of social justice work in the classroom, Marcia has shared her skills with Paul Penna DJDS since her son Dov (grade 5) began SK. She is excited to continue to contribute to the Paul Penna DJDS community as a board member.
