Gilda Iron

Gilda Iron has been an educator within the Toronto Day School system for 33 years, holding a variety of administrative and teaching positions. She was principal at United Synagogue Day School, Richmond Hill Campus from 1994 to 2001. She has specialist certificates in reading and special education. Gilda has been an adjunct professor for student teachers in the Judaic Studies programme at York University and is the present co-chair of our school's Education Committee. She is retired and is the grandmother of two children at Paul Penna DJDS.
